Get a taste of Easter in the heart of Prague!

As is tradition, this year we have again prepared a special Easter tasting for you at Garden's! You may enjoy our three-course tasting menu during the whole Easter week, from 25.3. until 1.4. You can expect lamb chops with Argentinian chimichurri, farm eggs with morel mushroom ragout, as well as pea cream with smoked mackerel, all for 950 CZK or 1500 CZK including wine pairing with each course.

The stellar course of the degustation is definitely the succulent lamb chops served with Argentinian chimichurri sauce, crispy roll with shredded lamb shoulder, potato puree with bear garlic, burnt corn, rosemary demi glace and roasted spinach! If you complement your degustation with a wine pairing, then you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of San Michele Soave Classico from Veneto with your lamb.

Easter inherently involves eggs, so the chefs have been caroling and brought you a farmer's egg with morel mushroom ragout, marinated asparagus, parmesan chips, burnt onions, radishes, microgreens and a glass of Italian Gavi di Gavi.

Not only on Maundy Thursday, you can enjoy pea cream with mint, smoked mackerel, crème fraiche, caviar and watercress complemented with glass of French Château La Chapelle from Saint Emilion, Bordeaux.

At the end of your feast you can sweeten your lunch with one of the delicious desserts from our pastry shop! As every week, you can choose from the entire dessert menu, but in addition, during Easter you will be able to enjoy an Easter pistachio cake with moss sponge, strawberry gel and marshmallows.
