Christmas brunch

 

Come and enjoy a festive 3-course tasting Christmas brunch. Our chef Michal Šorf has prepared an exclusive tasting menu for you, thanks to which you will enjoy Christmas Day from the morning!

 

We start with festive eggs with black angus roast beef, lobster and lightly smoked river eel.

Then we will serve you wild salmon Wellington, accompanied by golden potato fondant with saffron, lemon beurre blanc sauce with tarragon and black caviar. Pastry chef Radek Čejka prepared a sweet treat in the form of a Christmas ball for you. It is full of passion fruit, pistachio and vanilla flavors. We won't unwrap it beforehand, it's just a Christmas surprise after all!
